EarFun operates a standardized, highly efficient global supply chain network designed to serve consumer electronics importers, distributors, regional retailers, and individual buyers worldwide. Every order undergoes rigorous automated dispatch routing to prioritize speed, transit reliability, and inventory availability.

• Daily Order Processing: Standard inventory orders are validated, packed, and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our nearest distribution hub.
• Address Accuracy Requirement: Buyers must provide full, precise address credentials (including exact contact phone numbers and regional postal codes). EarFun cannot assume liability for delivery failures caused by incomplete address submissions.
• Address Restrictions: For safety and courier tracking security, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
• Force Majeure Protection: Transit timelines are subject to international carrier operation rules, customs processing speed, and external events such as severe weather, port congestion, or regional logistics disruptions.

2. Fulfillment Centers & Estimated Transit Lead Times

To optimize international lead times, orders are primarily routed through our domestic fulfillment centers in key commercial markets (United States, Europe, Japan) when stock permits. If local inventory levels are restricted, shipments automatically route via our central Asian export hub using air express freight.

Regional Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

For United States domestic logistics, standard shipping services currently exclude non-contiguous states, territories, and military zones including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Marshall Islands, Rhode Island, and Armed Forces postal codes (AA, AE, AP).

3. Customs Clearance, Duties & Taxes

For international B2B and consumer shipments, cross-border goods may be subject to local import taxes, customs tariffs, and administrative clearance fees depending on the destination country's trade policy:

• Customs Responsibility: Unless explicitly stated under DAP/DDP commercial agreements, destination import duties and tax assessments remain the responsibility of the recipient during local customs clearance.
• Tax Identification Requirements: Certain jurisdictions (such as Brazil and select Latin American markets) require a valid Tax Identification Number (CPF/CNPJ) at shipping checkout to guarantee customs entry.

Every EarFun shipment features complete end-to-end electronic tracking. Once parcel details are registered with international air carriers, automated tracking numbers are generated.
